This is the Gatekeeper.
I titled it Phenomena cause it just kinda fit. He has a pear in his left hand (I don't care, it is a pear!) and a bag of money in his right hand. (Don't you see it? Isn't it clear!?) The symbolism behind the piece is suppose to be : "Bear the fruits of your labors or the money others are willing to give for your fruits" The squigglies give the whole piece a kind of rotational feel going counter-clockwise, or so I feel. He is a genie, which is why he has no legs. Or mouth. Theres a ring of fire with snazzy symbols on it behind him. Snazzy. 1 hour, pencil on lined paper I don't care enough to clean it up -Your Friend, Grayden EDIT!!!!! On the request of Snugglypants, I have penned it and cleaned it up. It looks pretty good, actually. Comments!? |
